gainfully unemployed

Still no job. I thought I would tumble straight back into work when I returned. I mean it's summer now right?Well almost.  People should be taking vacations! But apparently not. I'm even resorting to ringing up the old agencies I worked for last year. Don't really want to go back to them as the pay is crap and the jobs are boring but what can I do? I can't be on enforced holiday forever no matter how nice the weather is. And it is nice! Super hot. I think because the breeze is warm as well so even though it's only in the 20s it feels much hotter.  I'm scared to go to the beach though in case I get all sunburned again. My arm are only just now recovering. And now they don't match. One arm is darker than the other. Looks kind of funny actually. 

Finally read Twilight the other day. To be honest I can't really see what the fuss is. Maybe I need to see the movie. Or maybe I'm just too damn old to get on the whole OMG Edward is soooo hot bandwagon. The book seems a bit too gushy for me. What with poor old Edward being objectified to death. His topaz eyes, his sparkly skin and velvet voice! Bloody Hell.
